Pre-Concert talk begins at 2:30pm, Concert begins at 3pm.

About Calgary Renaissance Singers & Players

The Calgary Renaissance Singers & Players (CRSP) is a mixed voice, auditioned ensemble with associated instrumentalists, dancers, and theatrical players. Our purpose is to inspire, entertain, and educate our audiences and members through the music, culture, and history of the Renaissance. We enrich our performances with works of other periods that celebrate the spirit of the Renaissance.

About Baroque Odyssey

Baroque Odyssey is a multimedia journey through time and space featuring live music performed by Calgary's visionary baroque ensemble, String Theory Music Collective. This 30-minute program celebrates the curious mind and explores connections between history, music, art and science. Baroque Odyssey illuminates the life and contributions of renowned astronomer and mathematician, Johannes Kepler (1571-1630), whose revolutionary insights into optics and planetary motion shaped our understanding of the universe.
