Program Overview
Baroque Odyssey is a multimedia journey through time and space featuring live music performed on historical instruments. The concert celebrates the curious mind, and explores connections between history, music, art and science. Baroque Odyssey illuminates the life and contributions of renowned astronomer and mathematician, Johannes Kepler, whose revolutionary insights into optics and planetary motion shaped our understanding of the universe. Designed for education outreach, there are curricular connections for junior high, high school, and Div2 elementary students.
Our goal is to bring this unique experience to as many students as possible. Reach out to us at info@stringtheorymusiccollective.com to inquire about hosting String Theory Music Collective for performances and/or residencies.
